On Sunday, August 15th, I began having contractions around 3:00 pm. By 10:30 pm, they became more regular so we headed to the hospital. We were admitted by 11:00 pm and I had my epidural by 12:30 am So there we were, at Providence Hospital, ready to welcome our son into the world. Twelve hours later, at 11:30 am, I began to push.

Oswald William Ware was born on Monday August 16th (on his due date) at 12:28 pm. He was 9 pounds, 4 ounces and 21 inches long.
