WOW! It’s been about 35 days since our last post. Didn’t mean to lapse so long, but things have been a little hectic. We’ve made the move down to Eugene, thanks greatly to our awesome friends Justin and April. We didn’t get a chance to take action photos during the move, but there was plenty of action. We are indebted to Justin and April for life now. Justin convinced us to move ourselves (sans movers) and we ended up saving a bundle and doing the whole thing in about 24 hours. Minus a few trips back up to Portland to get various little things that didn’t make the big haul; like our two cats that decided they weren’t ready to move just yet, and hid from us. Returning to PDX to look for them on Sunday kept us from going to the Country Fair and getting Gina’s bump painted!
Eugene has been good to us so far. I’m just about completed with the process of transferring to the MBA program at UO. Gina has decided not to work full-time until the baby is born, so she’s looking for part-time nanny work, and just relaxing and enjoying the final trimester. That’s about it, life is good again and the mayhem of the move is over! Best of all, we’re 12 weeks away from BABY! Check out some pics of the new house I took.
